Cunla – Celtic Music Trio

Simon, Brian & when available Angie are at the core of Kinetic Ceilidh but they also really enjoy doing gigs other than dances with more songs as well as the tunes they do so well. As a trio they are equally at home in a pub or hotel bar, formally in a folk club or informally in a session.

Simon sings most of the songs – an expert on DADGAD celtic guitar style he does really good accompaniments to songs and tunes. He is also adept with whistle and flute.

Angie plays flute and whistles and occasionally sings a song. Probably knows more tunes than the rest of us put together, Angie is from a very musical family and she is keen to keep that tradition going via her daughter Hannah who now plays with Kinetic Ceilidh.

Brian plays strings, mandolin mainly and sings a few songs. He also handles the technical side of things and runs Belefant Records.
